  My husband and I, move to Coventry Place in May 2015 and just renewed our lease for 2016. In May of. 2017 we will decide if we will again renew. We are renting one bedrm. Its a peaceful area. Well, keep grounds. The manager office and all employees are very nice. Any problems are dealt with in a speedy timely manner. The Pool is keep very clean. Close to shopping ,Restaurants,Movie theater, walking to bus stops, walking distance to a few different churches. The only real issue. which is a problem is Parking. There is no assign parking for apartment unit. Should at lease be one assign parking spot per unit. Parking is horrible during weekends. And during the late evening or early early in morning. They will put up a handicapped parking sign with apt # on it if you show a handicapped parking tag. Which i highly recommend ,if you can't walk ,so parking isn't a issue for you. Please ,check out the apartments. You decide if you would like it here. Check it out. Doesn't cost anything too look.

  In the building f there is a Roch problem and a fle problem because of a junk collector and 6 cat's in his apartment this is unacceptable my cat got fles from this i had to take him to the veteran and spent 316 dollars and the manager screen at me when I told her about the problem see screen at me very unprofessional pat. I lived here 3 year's never had fles on my cat i live on the 3rd floor and a in door cat the manager of this place dose not care about her tend nets or concerns
